At Verity, our Accounting Team is dedicated to maintaining precise financial processes and supporting sustainable growth through effective revenue management and Accounts Receivable oversight. By partnering closely with Sales, Customer Service and deployment, we ensure accurate invoicing, timely payment collection, and robust financial data that empower informed decision-making. As Verity continues its global expansion, our team remains dedicated to delivering reliable financial insights and supporting the innovation that drives our leadership in autonomous drone solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of the Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, cash applications, and account reconciliations.
  • Monitor and maintain customer account details, working with the Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
  • Conduct collections for overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Provide support to the revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in quarter-end closing and reporting processes.

Your experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel is essential.
  • Additional plus: Experience with international accounting standards like IFRS or US GAAP and prior experience working in a start-up or high-growth company environment.
