We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for on-site installations of Verity's cutting-edge systems in our client’s facilities. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong technical acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

  • Perform on-site installation of Verity’s system following established procedures.
  • Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure that systems work as expected.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks.
  • Provide continuous feedback on processes, tools and documentation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Be willing to travel internationally up to 100% of the time, and be available to work nights and weekends during these trips.

What you bring:

  • Technical certifications or vocational training.
  • Previous experience in the installation of integrated systems encompassing hardware and software.
  • Effective communication skills for interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments, schedules, and unforeseen challenges.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages would be advantageous.
  • Experience in setting up network equipment.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Familiarity with Linux and basic terminal commands (would be a plus).
