Focused on building strategic relationships, listening to client challenges, and presenting Verity as the ideal partner, the team combines technical expertise with a consultative sales approach. Together, they ensure Verity remains a leader in warehouse automation and supply chain solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of target prospects, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across the EU market.
- Develop and execute tailored strategies for engaging potential clients through events and outreach
- Conduct consultative sales discussions, listening to client challenges and aligning them with Verity’s innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Client Success, Marketing, Deployment) to adapt and refine solutions based on client feedback.
- Negotiate and close deals, transforming new clients into long-term strategic accounts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in a fast-evolving market.
Your Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in technology-related sales hunting and business development, ideally within logistics, warehouse automation, or supply chain.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to handle numbers and engage in data-driven discussions.
- Exceptional people and communication skills, comfortable building relationships and understanding client challenges through a consultative approach.
- Proven ability to identify and engage new prospects, leveraging leads from events and platforms like LinkedIn.
- A driven, motivated, and culturally adaptable mindset with a passion for autonomous systems and automation.
- Readiness to travel extensively (30-60%) and fluency in English.
